Method of use:
Oral:
It is used for ten days in one month: 3×2 drops a day. The oil is drunk after a meal, diluted in a teaspoon of edible oil (sunflower, olive, coconut, linseed…).
For children older than 6 years:
The treatment should last 10-14 days, namely: 2-3×1 drop per day. The oil is drunk after a meal, diluted in a teaspoon of edible oil or honey. Mix the contents well, then swallow quickly, without keeping it in the mouth. After that, a glass of cold water is recommended.
By inhalation:
Add 1 drop of oregano oil to half a liter of boiling water and inhale carefully, eyes closed. It is not recommended for children under 10 years of age and sensitive people (asthma, allergies).
Through the skin:
Dilute 30-50 drops of oregano oil in 100ml of cooking oil. Lubricate the changes on the skin twice a day.
Warnings:
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under the age of three, as well as for people who are hypersensitive to any of the product’s ingredients. The product should not be taken by people who have: anemia, coagulation disorder, swallowing disorder, severe hypertension, severe liver and kidney damage, as well as people taking anticoagulant therapy. Possible side effects of the product are: slow reabsorption of iron from the intestines, short-term and transient rapid pulse and palpitations (in people who are sensitive to spicy food), burning and burning sensations in the oral cavity and stomach, increased menstrual bleeding.
