How to use black cumin oil?

Black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) is a natural product with a wide range of beneficial properties, and it can be used internally, externally and by inhalation.

Internal use:

Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) of black cumin oil 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes before a meal. It is recommended to take it continuously for three months, followed by a one-month break. This cycle can be repeated as needed.
Children over 3 years of age: Take half a teaspoon twice a day, after a meal.

External use:

Apply a small amount of oil to clean, damp skin two to three times a day. If excess oil remains after a few minutes, remove it with a paper towel.

Inhalation:

Add half a teaspoon of black cumin oil to half a liter of boiling water and inhale the steam for 3-5 minutes. Inhalation can be repeated several times a day.

Notes:

Black cumin oil is slightly phototoxic, so exposure to sunlight or the use of a solarium is not recommended during treatment.
Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
