How to use black cumin oil?
Black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) is a natural product with a wide range of beneficial properties, and it can be used internally, externally and by inhalation.
Internal use:
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) of black cumin oil 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes before a meal. It is recommended to take it continuously for three months, followed by a one-month break. This cycle can be repeated as needed.
