Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know more about the action of black cumin oil on Helicobacter pylori, method of use and duration of the treatment? Thank you in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In studies, thymoquinone, an active ingredient in black cumin oil, acted on H. pylori, and the oil may have a beneficial effect on gastric mucosa in general, soothing inflammation and the symptoms of gastritis. H. pylori infection should be treated by a doctor (antibiotics), and black cumin oil can be used as a supplement to the therapy. Oil is taken 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon, 10-15 minutes before meals, up to 3 months, followed by a one-month break.
